- ½ Cup chocolate almond butter
- ½ Cup cashew butter (or your preferred nut butter)
- ¼ Cup honey
- ¼ Cup instant coffee
- ½ Cup rolled oats
- ¼ Cup chia seeds
- ¼ Cup dried strawberries
- 1 Scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used Tone it Up Chocolate Peanut Butter)
- Mix everything together in a big bowl, roll into mini balls, and store in the fridge!
