Join B : and Yoga extraordinaire Amber Rourke for an awesome night of yoga in the dance studio at Stages Theatre in Hopkins. It’s free but we are accepting donations to raise money since they are a non profit that gives back to their community and many families! They have amazing performance programs, as well as special programs to help kids with special needs. Our goal is to raise 1,000 dollars but whatever we get to will be more than we started with! No donation is too big or small.
Yoga will be for all levels, including pregnant mommas! Bring your own mat, towel, water, and friends! We can do cash or check written directly to Stages.
